The shipping got changed to 2nd day by my mistake and cause the shipping to cost as much as the sd card. Contacted customer service and they responded immediatly and helped fix the problem. I love newegg. I use to shop at the other one tiger but not in the past 2 years. Newegg is always the cheapest and the fastest.

General feedback: AP-Dundee , 10/29/2009 12:18:54 AM; Ive been buying from newegg for about a year and a half now and love the service ive recieved. For instances i ordered a motherboard 1pm and its already being shipped to my house. Not to mention the great customer service ive always recieved even when RMA an item usualy people are rude but newegg has made me a believer that there is still a trust worthy corporation out there.

online electronics store: LAU VICENTE , 10/28/2009 8:20:52 PM; newegg is the best online computer store. super fast and cheap shipping great customer service cheaper price than any other places whether is btbuy tdirect.com or any other places 90% of the time newegg prices are cheaper, i used to check the prices in other stores before buying now i don't even bother, i just go to newegg.com i just place my order. when people ask me where to go to buy electronics i tell them newegg.com. newegg is siimply the best. thanks newegg.com for saving me a lot of money.

Newegg rocks, plain and simple. Great selection, Excellent service, and astounding prices that can't be beat anywhere else. With Newegg you don't have salespeople breathing down your neck, just good honest products, and you always know what you're getting.

I've been using Newegg since early 2007, and this site continues to surprise me. Shop here, and you will always be a satisfied customer.

Network Administrator: Mike P , 10/27/2009 6:50:51 PM; There are a lot of online component suppliers, but none are as accurate, fast, and helpful as Newegg. RMA's are a non-issue. It's a great resource for both business and consumers. I've made many transactions and had zero problems. I've seen so many other companies when, on the rare occasion you happen to get a bad part, its an hour and a half on the phone telling them.. yes I checked my connections, yes I have it plugged into power...etc. People who are knowledgeable and careful with the products should not have to deal with that. At newegg you don't have to. Hooray!! If you are a tech nut or computer geek, just stick with newegg.. life is so much easier. I've got to where now, I don't even check other places. They are hardly ever any cheaper and for me, I'm happy to pay just a bit more on occasion and not have the frustration.
